Forty covers, one hundred and sixty bottles, and a kitchen that changes its mind every Tuesday. Walk-ins at the bar, always.
The room
Built for the second bottle.
We took a narrow Soho shopfront, kept the tiles, and put the bar down the whole length of it so nobody eats with their back to the room. Eight seats at the marble, the rest on banquettes.
There is no music policy and no dress code. There is a rule about the third course, which is that you should have it.
